Qualifications:

• Licensed in one or more of the following states: Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, or Illinois. 
• Minimum of 2 years of recent origination experience.
• Must have the ability to generate qualified applications that convert into funded loans through effective sales techniques and persistent follow-up to meet monthly conversion and volume goals. 
• Obtain and review necessary loan file documentation, ensuring all state and federal mandates are adhered to.
• Customer-focused, results-driven with the ability to generate their own loans or have an existing referral base.
• Successful track record.
